Code of Conduct

Adopted by the Dometic Group Board of Directors in October 2011.

As an expanding, multinational company, the Dometic Group is dedicated to build a reputation as a responsible company no matter where in the world we operate or are doing business.

All companies within the Dometic Group shall operate in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations applicable to their operations and employment in the countries in which they operate.

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees, officers and Board members of the Dometic Group, in all markets and at all times.

Human Rights
The Dometic Group supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights. We will always make sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Employment/Workplace Practices
Our Group strives to be a preferred employer of both current and potential employees.

All employees shall be provided with a safe and healthy working environment. Dometic Group strictly adheres to all applicable laws and regulations relating to workplace health and safety.

Employees shall not be subject to corporal punishment or to physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse, or any other conduct prohibited by law.

Business Principles
The Dometic Group shall not be involved in any kind of corruption, including extortion and bribery and shall always compete on the market in a manner that is both ethical and fair, without engaging in any inappropriate activities or unfair trade practices.

Environment
The Dometic Group strives, at all times, to improve the environmental performance of our activities and products and to prevent any harmful effects on the environment.
